PETA Platform version 2.3.0 released

We are pleased to announce that PETA - Platform for effective test automation Version 2.3.0 is now available.

Release 2.3.0 of the PETA Platform now supports the Eclipse 3.4 release (Ganymede) in version 3.4.2 and brings a multitude of new features and bug fixes.

The PETA Platform

In addition to the functionality for the testing of client/server and service oriented architectures (SOA), PETA supports the recording of web browser activities as well as the execution of load and performance tests.

With PETA-Webrecorder the user is able to record the communication between the browser and the web server and replay this as a test case which is automatically generated from the recorded interaction.

PETA-Load enables the parallel execution of tests which resemble the behavior of a large number of simulated users.

PETA unifies components for integration, system and regression tests as well as supporting non functional test methods like load and performance tests in a single platform.
